Philosophy of Ministry

  • I believe that Jesus Christ should be the focal point of all ministries. Every ministry undertaken, but individually and corporately, should point unbelievers toward salvation in Christ and should promote a closer relationship with Christ in the life of believers. I believe that all believers are called to engage in and support domestic and foreign missionary and evangelistic endeavors. I believe completely in the sufficiency of Scripture and in the merits of expositional teaching and preaching. I believe that pastoral ministry is one of servant leadership and requires personal ministry with an emphasis on discipling individuals toward spiritual growth through personal relationships and sound teaching.
